In June 2013, AMWA launched its new website and the Online Forums. We have heard from individual members but now want to hear from all members just what you think of the Online Forums.
Did you realize that it has been one year since AMWA updated its website and rolled out the Online Community Forums? Like any other new offering, satisfaction is not always guaranteed. We have been receiving constructive feedback about the forums from individual members and have been making adjustments accordingly. But we would now like to know how all AMWA members feel about the forums.
To gain a better understanding of what our members think about the forums, the Online Community and Member Resources departments have combined our efforts and developed a short survey for you to express your opinions about our forums. The results of this survey as well as the Online Forum usage data that the Online Community Department has been collecting over the past year will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at our October meeting in Memphis.
We encourage all members to take the survey, even those whose don’t use forums. We are particularly interested in understanding why you aren’t using the forums.
