Professional Development Certificate

AMWA's Professional Development Certificate (PDC) is a way of demonstrating your continued commitment to professional development beyond the scope of your regular job.

You can earn a PDC every 2 years by participating in qualifying activities, to which various point values have been assigned. After you have accrued 50 points within a 2-year period, you can apply for the PDC by submitting a completed application form with documentation of your professional development activities and payment of the application fee ($45 for members, $150 for nonmembers). You can earn points for qualifying activities in which you participated after January 1, 2004 .

Submit your application form with all supporting documents including any voucher(s) to verify chapter meeting attendance. The Education Committee will review each submitted application to verify that it is complete and correct. Successful applicants will receive certificates approximately 8 weeks after submitting the application.
