Virtual Conference Cancellation Policy

Once purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. If attendees are unable to attend the live programs, they will have access to all of the educational content until December 22, 2020.   It is the registrant’s responsibility to test their technical systems and environment for functionality in advance to ensure their entrance into the virtual conference. If challenges arise during the conference dates, technical assistance will be available. Promo codes must be entered and applied at the time of registration.  Once purchased, registration is non-refundable. Contact conference@amwa.org with conference registration questions.
